80 Instruct engineers to drive and participate in quality improvement activities, continually optimize existing

processes, improve quality workforce efficiency and reduce quality costs. Achieve regional quality goals

80 The right to stop production when there is a deviation from the quality requirements & violation of the

quality system during the production process;

在生产过程上发现有偏离质量要求&违反质量体系情况时, 有权停止生产。

80 Regularly organize training and conduct assessments to improve staffing capabilities;

Basic qualifications 基本条件

61 Bachelor degree and above, fluent English skill of both spoken and written;

本科学历或以上, 流利的英文听说读写；

61 5 years related work experience, 5 年以上相关工作经验，

61 understanding of the automotive process approach for auditing, including risk-based thinking;

了解汽车审核过程方法，包括基于风险的思维；

61 understanding of applicable customer-specific requirements;

61 understanding of applicable ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements related to the scope of the audit;
