工作内容work content: 1. 质量部的预算管理及控制。Budget management and control of quality department. 2. 质量部实验室的管理规划及持续改进,支持技术团队进行产品问题的分析改进。 Management planning and continuous improvement of quality department laboratory, support technical team to analyze and improve product problems. 3. 负责质量体系运行管理及维护。Responsible for quality system operation management and maintenance 4. 负责客户投诉的快速处理及客户关系维护。Responsible for customer complaint handling and customer relationship maintenance. 5. 负责生产质量的控制及改进。Responsible for the control and improvement of production quality. 6. 支持项目阶段质量策划活动及PPAP的提交Support project quality planning activities and PPAP submission 7. 负责供应商质量管理控制活动。Responsible for supplier quality management and control activities 8. 公司员工的质量意识的培训及提升。Training and improvement of quality awareness of company employees. 9. 推进新的质量管理工具的使用。Promote the use of new quality management tools. 10.其他上级领导安排的工作事项。Other work items arranged by superior leaders
任职资格Qualification: 教育背景education background: ◆ 工科本科以上学历。Bachelor degree or above in engineering. 培训经历Training experience: ◆IATF 16949 VDA6.3;VDA 6.5 经 验Experience: ◆8年以上铁芯、马达质量管控经验;其中5年以上主管以上管理经验。 More than 8 years of core and motor quality control experience; More than 5 years of managerial experience. 技能技巧skills and ability: ◆ 质量5大工具的使用Use of 5 quality tools 8D,PDCA等问题分析能力;8D, PDCA Problem analytical ability 精益生产的基本知识basic knowledge of lean production 英语作为工作语言Take English as working language 身体素质要求:Physical requirements: ◆ 无特殊要求No special requirements 态 度Attitude: ◆ 积极的团队精神。Positive team spirit
