The main missions of the role are:
o To control Quality and improve process现场质量控制和过程改进
o Responsible for daily quality management, support advanced quality for program;负责日常产品质量管理，协助总部项目部前期质量工作；
o Implement quality management system;贯彻执行质量体系；
o Responsible for solving process quality problem, to assure product and service quality;及时处理与产品质量有关的过程问题，保证产品和服务质量；
o Improve quality system efficiency (QSE)提高生产现场过程质量效率 ( QSE, 佛吉亚质量效率系统)；
o Strictly observe internal process (FES)，Meet customer CSR requirements
严格遵循公司内部系统流程（FES, 佛吉亚卓越体系），满足客户CSR要求；
o Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.完成由主管或经理安排的其它工作。
o Scrap PPM 现场百万报废QSE audit score现场QSE实施
o Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》
o Fully aware and comply with HSE responsibility guidance document充分知晓并遵守HSE职责指导文件。
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
