工作职责: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 01 Organize the new employee orientation; 01 Collect and analyze the training needs from dept. to complete the annual training plan; 01 Manage the whole training progress, including the preparation of pre-training, execution of training, evaluation of training results and so on; 01 Organize the internal and external training according to training plan; 01 Operate online platform and manage learning projects ; 01 Continuously optimize the training process and analysis the training data; 01 Develop internal and external training course and manage internal trainers team; 01 Build the training supplier resource and evaluate their performance; 01 Support supervisor to conduct the talent development program: the trainee program, the vocational training program, career path, succession plan and so on; 01 Other tasks assigned by team leader. 支持主管实施人才发展计划:培训生计划、职业培训计划、职业道路、继任计划等; 主管交办的其他工作; 根据培训计划组织内外部培训; 运营在线平台,管理学习项目; 持续优化训练流程,分析训练数据; 开发内外部培训课程,管理内训师团队; 建立培训供应商资源并评估其绩效. 任职资格: REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 01 Major is not limited, bachelor degree and above 01 3 years above training experience, Automotive or Manufacturing industry is plus 01 Good team spirit, Self-motivated, passionate, strong anti-pressure and communicate ability, eager to learn 01 Good English and office software skill.
