Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Achieve sales target / market share target by focus on assigned segment & accounts and implement sales activities · Develop assigned segment and promote brand image in assigned accounts, and maximize company profitability, perform SWOT analysis for assigned accounts · Aggressively exploit the responsible accounts to identify new projects and new sales opportunities · Develop potential regional channel and manage to meet sales revenue growth sustainability, implement channel sales strategy and ensure regular follow-up · Collect end user & potential customers information via digital or MKT leads, establish customer data base · Support authorized dealer both for technical and commercial side, manage dealers’ forecast, stock, etc. by month · Report timely and accurately in Salesforce, to manage channel pipelines and assign segment & accounts developing process · Cooperate with marketing team in market activities, such as exhibition, seminar, etc.
Education & Experience · Bachelor’s degree or above with engineering or mechanical background · At least 4 years hand-on sales experience, premium brands selling experience is required · Familiar with Oil & Gas, Railway, Chemical, Windpower or Off-road · Distributor & channel management experience are preferred
Knowledge & Skills · Mechanical or electrical knowledge · Value-based selling skills · Good communication skill and presentation skills · Negotiation skills · PC skill is a must
