任职资格
1.College degree or above in mechanical manufacturing and automation
机械制造及其自动化专业大专及以上学历。
1.More than 5 years of manufacturing engineer or related process experience in the automotive field
在汽车领域拥有 5 年以上制造工程师或相关工艺岗位经验。
3.There are proven implementation cases for automation solutions
有已被证实的自动化解决方案实施案例。
4.Good knowledge of non-standard machine construction and certification
对非标设备的制造和认证有良好的了解。
5.Good communication skills
具备良好的沟通技巧。
6.Familiarity with IATF16949 requirements and PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC tools
熟悉 IATF16949 要求以及失效模式与效应分析（PFMEA）、生产件批准程序（PPAP）、产品质量先期策划（APQP）、测量系统分析（MSA）、统计过程控制（SPC）等工具。
7.Proficient in the use of Office, AutoCAD and other office software
