Process planning of new products, participate in the preparation of process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, work instructions and error-proof definitions
进行新产品的工艺规划，参与编制工艺流程图、失效模式与效应分析（PFMEA）、作业指导书以及防错定义。
Participate in the evaluation of equipment requirements, technical requirements, program review and final acceptance
参与设备需求、技术要求的评估，方案评审以及最终验收。
Responsible for process documentation
负责工艺文件编制。
Responsible for the process training of on-site employee
负责现场员工的工艺培训。
Responsible for daily production technical problem solving, tracking, reporting
负责解决日常生产中的技术问题，进行跟踪、报告。
Responsible for or participate in project changes, concessions and deviations
负责或参与项目变更、让步及偏差处理。
Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of production process
负责生产流程的持续改进与优化。
Organize or coordinate with other functional departments to deal with problems
组织或协调其他职能部门处理问题。
Improve production efficiency and optimize production line balance
提高生产效率，优化生产线平衡。
Analysis of production KPI data
生产关键绩效指标（KPI）数据的分析。
Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.

任职资格:
College degree or above in mechanical manufacturing and automation
机械制造及其自动化专业大专及以上学历。
More than 5 years of manufacturing engineer or related process experience in the automotive field
在汽车领域拥有 5 年以上制造工程师或相关工艺岗位经验。
There are proven implementation cases for automation solutions
有已被证实的自动化解决方案实施案例。
Good knowledge of non-standard machine construction and certification
对非标设备的制造和认证有良好的了解。
Good communication skills
具备良好的沟通技巧。
Familiarity with IATF16949 requirements and PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC tools
熟悉 IATF16949 要求以及失效模式与效应分析（PFMEA）、生产件批准程序（PPAP）、产品质量先期策划（APQP）、测量系统分析（MSA）、统计过程控制（SPC）等工具。
Proficient in the use of Office, AutoCAD and other office software
