工作职责：
Responsibilities:
1.负责对分行合规、反洗钱、操作风险、业务连续性管理以及内部控制进行评估监控；
2.负责分行内控制度体系维护管理工作；
3.负责分行预期信用风险损失估值体系的统筹安排；
4.负责分行消费者权益保护管理工作的统筹安排；
5.负责分行合规统筹管理工作，包括外部监管沟通、法规政策提示、合规培训、合规咨询、新产品报备/报批、重大合规风险事件报告等；
6.负责分行反洗钱工作的统筹安排；
7.按照总行及当地监管机构要求，统筹分行案件防控工作；
8.就分行法律咨询、法务审查以及诉讼事宜与外部律师对口联系；
9.上级安排的其他工作。
1.Perform the duties on assessment, monitoring of compliance, anti-money laundering, operational risk, BCP and internal control.
2.Responsible for updating and maintaining the internal control system;
3.Responsible for comprehensive management of the expected credit risk loss valuation system.
4.Deal with consumer's rights and interests protection works;
5.Perform compliance management duties, including regulator communication, raising regulation and policy tips, compliance training, compliance consultation, new product filing/approval, and important matters reporting;
6.Conduct the anti-money laundering management;
7.Coordinate the case prevention and ensure that the branch’s operation is in line with the requirements of the Head Office and local regulators.
8.Liaise with the legal advisory team on legal advice, legal review and litigation matters.
9.Other works arranged by the branch management.
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1.大学本科及以上学历，法学、统计学、经济学、金融学、会计学相关专业优先。具有法律职业资格证书或FRM相关资格证书优先；
2.8年以上银行相关工作经验，熟悉银行合规管理、风险管理工作执行要求，具有管理经验为宜。
3.熟练运用MS Office办公软件，具备一定的文字功底。
4.良好的英语听说读写能力，原则上需具备CET-6或者TEM-4以上的英语使用能力。
5.良好的沟通交流和逻辑思维能力，
6.有强烈的责任心、抗压能力和团队协作能力。
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in law, statistics, economics, finance, accounting. A-level Certificate of the Legal Profession Qualifications or FRM is preferred;
2.More than 8 years of relevant work experience in banking, familiar with the implementation requirements of compliance management and risk management, working experience at managerial level is desirable.
3.Good command of MS Office applications. Solid writing skill is required.
4.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, CET-6 or TEM-4 or above is required.
5.Good communication and logical thinking skills.
6.Strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance and teamwork ability.
