岗位描述Job description：
1) Daily maintain EDI internet, check internally and confirm customer order/forecast, SAP input as well.
维护客户EDI网站，并对批量订单及预测进行确认，并将确认后的需求输入SAP系统。
2) Distribute monthly delivery schedule within logistics department and prepare shipping documents.
分发客户月度交付计划，并跟踪客户端交付，包括发货资料的准备。
3) Make production plan according to customer demand, follow the production plan.
根据客户需求制定生产计划，并跟踪实际产出，生产异常及时协调和汇报。
4) Release material order as SAP request and follow the material delivery.
根据生产计划，订单需求和预测信息制定物料需求计划，并在SAP系统中释放采购订单给对应供应商。
5) Track and manage OTD status from vendors and coordinate abnormal conditions during the delivery. Arrange returned NOK materials to vendors, together with warehouse.
跟踪并管理物料准时交付任务，协调处理在交付过程中所发生的各种异常情况，安排仓库对不良材料退货。
6) Setup FG and material safety stock volume based on LT and daily consumption and take action in case of any problems.
设置成品和原料安全库存，根据物料采购周期和材料和成品需求消耗情况计算，设立安全库存并定期进行日常监控管理，成品和物料库存低于安全水平线时设立预警管理并对库存进行补给达到安全库存水平线。
7) Responsible for material switch-off during ECR/ECN, ensure smooth stock consumption of old materials.
负责控制与管理ECR/ECN物料切换的跟踪与使用，确保ECN执行过程中新、旧状态物料的正常切换，特别是旧状态物料库存消耗情况
8) Monthly supplier bill check and payment request submission,
每月供应商交付对账和请款单提报，若有扣款及时核销并通知供应商开立正确发票.
9) Monitor third party warehouse and ensure daily consumption of customers’ side.
监控客户端第三方仓库库存，确保库存量满足日常周转。
10) Coordinate and attend performance evaluation activities of vendors.
协调并参与对应供应商的绩效评估活动。
11) Continuous improvement of MRP activities, and optimization of stock level.
物料计划工作的持续改善活动，优化内部库存设置与储备水平；
12) Other tasks assigned by superior.
其它领导交代的事项

任职要求 Requirements：
1） College's degree major in International Trade/ Logistic related.
大专以上学历，国际贸易或物流等相关专业；
2） Min 5 years working experience at PP/ MP Planner in MNCs in automotive industry;
至少5年以上汽车行业制造行业物料计划经验；
3） Knowledge of ERP, Must have SAP experience;
必须有SAP 操作经验；
4） Written and Spoken English is well;
英语听、说、读、写能力良好；
5） Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
熟悉Microsoft 软件操作，如Word, Excel & Outlook.
6） Strong pressure resistance, Obey the arrangement, cooperate to work overtime if necessary.
有一定的抗压能力，服从安排，若公司需要的情况下，配合加班.
7） Working experience in OEM plant is preferred.
有对口汽车主机厂工作经验优先考虑。
