IT Engineer
Report Line: locally report to company director, oversea report to IT Manager in headquarters
Salary Range: 15~18K
Main Duties:
To lonely manage the whole IT work in the plant. To carry out the management, installation, operation, maintenance and updating and improvement of the company’s hardware and software, responding to the needs of the users and business units.
Main Responsibilities:
？ Computer software: Perform the tasks of implementation and maintenance of computer applications or systems.
？ Install and configure hardware (computers and peripherals) and perform maintenance and upgrade tasks. Troubleshoot problems that may arise during the process, including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of computer room, server, network, access control, monitoring, voice and other systems.
？ Carry out the management of the purchase of the computers and peripherals.
？ Managing external IT-related suppliers, including IT projects, software services and related contract management
？ Make annual IT budget according to the development of the company, execute other IT work issued by the Information technology Center of the Group headquarters.
？ Attend and respond to problems, changes and improvements requested by users.
？ Propose new procedures that improve the existing ones. Lead or actively participate in improvement and/or problem solving meetings as well as in the Committees deemed appropriate.
Job Qualification:
？ Bachelor Degree with computer science or technology
？ About 5~7 years IT System support related expereince
？ Good capability to manage company’s network security and IT helpdesk service
？ Good capability to create and maintain the ERP system operation environment
？ Good command of both oral and written English
