Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plant IT to join our team in Kunshan plant. The ideal candidate will manage on-site servers and networks, support SAP systems, oversee SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams applications, and support Power BI reports. This role requires strong English communication skills to communicate with IT Director.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Provide IT technical support for all users in the plant.
61 Manage and maintain on-site servers and networks to ensure system stability.
61 Provide support for SAP systems, resolving user issues and optimizing performance.
61 Oversee and support SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams applications to enhance team collaboration.
61 Create and maintain Power BI reports for data analysis.
61 Mange various vendors supporting China business needs.
61 Regularly communicate with the IT Director in Europe, reporting on progress and issues.
Qualifications:
61 Colledge’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
61 At least 5 years of corporate IT experience, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive parts industry.
61 Proficiency in server and network management, with experience supporting SAP systems.
61 Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams applications.
61 Ability to create and maintain Power BI reports.
61 Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with international teams.
61 Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
