Coordinates, organizes, supervises, and controls following Sub processes: - Quotation Phase 1. Coordinate to prepare test list and measurement fixture list to support inquiry 2. Responsible for Feasibility study (Dimension, Test...)during RFQ phase 3. Support for SCR and customer design reviews during RFQ phase 4. Coordinate to prepare test plan and measurement plan
Project development phase: Customer, Supplier and Internal Complaints 5. Handles customer; decides about corrective actions; cooperates with root cause analysis and verifies corrective actions; 6. Identifies/verifies new or changed customer requirements within scope of responsibility and passes information on to Quality Manager (in cooperation with BD, SM, DE, and QM). 7. Implements new or changed customer requirements into the organization in cooperation with QM 8. Controls and/or supervises the compliance with customer requirements (in cooperation with BD, QM, ***) 9. Initiates corrective actions in case of deviations from Specifications (e.g. corrections, arrangement with customer releases, stop of production line, etc.) 10. Evaluates statistical data (SPC, rework & scrap) to determine and maintain quality of products
Project development phase: Planning, controlling, and assuring product and process quality 11. Negotiates quality related agreements during APQP and PPAP processes with customers. 12. Prepares and updates quality related customer specific and internal documents for APQP and PPAP (e.g., flow charts, control plan, FMEA, MSA, dimensioning report, SPC, etc.) and introduce it to the involved employees; verifies and approves PPAPs, dimensional reports, and capability studies 13. Supports and sets up quality related agreements during APQP and PPAP processes with suppliers 14. Working with Project team (ENG, PM, TSM, SQE, PIE…) to improve product quality during development phase 15. Supporting for development measuring/testing equipment for project, including dummy’s 16. Cooperates and supports QC team with Layout and Inspection of parts 17. Sets up, coordinates, and controls rework operations for merchandise parts; supports the set up, coordination and control of rework operations for production parts in accordance with ***; decides and approves product quality 18. Supporting for maintains up to date equipment in Quality Control Department, including maintaining quality control related documents. 19. Create product training with PM and ENG 20. Coordinate transfer project to QE team for in process control after get PPAP approved
Series production phase: Supporting in process quality control 21. Provide technical support for complex quality issue analysis during series production 22. Share quality related Lessons learn of project development phase to QE team.
Quality Audits, reliability, and risk management 23. Performs internal process audits according to audit plan 24. Prepares all documents for Process Audits required by our customers in cooperation with Sales, BD 25. Initiates continuous improvement actions and reports relevant data to Quality Manager for the Management Review process
Organizational support and Training of others 26. Supports Quality Technician personnel and Quality Inspectors; in particular ongoing training on VSPC and OGP 27. Plans and performs required training in regards to new or changed customer requirements in cooperation with QM and QMA 28. Supports Quality Technician personnel in writing measuring programs for test equipment and designing of fixtures for test equipment (CMM, Zwick, etc.) New “Cases” Research 29. Study/Support new technology of manufacturing process cooperation with ENG and other department 30. Study/Support new material cooperation with ENG and other department 31. Study/Support the standard or requirement from new customer; 32. Feasibility study for the new RFQ concerning the new material, new production process, new technology and new customer 33. Quality function during the APQP development and management for the new project with the “NEW” material, process, technology and customer.
