Responsibilities: 1. Implement strategies and master project.Develop, deploy and execute functional strategies. 2.Support Budget, Capex investment plan, mid-term and short-term planning processes (process capability and capacity planning/ shop floor layout planning/ manpower planning, etc.) in cooperation with General Manager. 3.People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, performance and competency appraisal, feedback and recognition, personnel placement planning and people development, etc.). 4.Lead the cross function team to work on developing new process and new manufacturing technology to assure the business growth sustainably. 5.Drive the process improvement to result in a continuous productivity increase and cost reduction. 6.Providing guidance and timely decisions for the daily operations and maintain a harmonious working environment. 7.Assure sufficient factory output on adequate quality level according to production program. 9.Implement quality assurance policies and strategies throughout all the process to achieve delivery quality improvement year over year. 10.Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1.University Bachelor degree or above in metallic material science, mechanical or related. 2.Substantial experiences and knowledge of manufacturing process is essential. Working experience in fastener industry is preferred. At least 15 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years experience as Manufacturing Director or above. 3.Engineering Capability, state-of-the-art Knowledge of Manufacturing Process (Planning skills, PFMEA knowledge, CIP mindset, material flow, etc.). 4.Production Logistic Structure and Process. 5.Problem Solving and Decision Making Ability with complex Issues involving multivariable. 6.Leadership Ability . 7.Production systems used in automotive industry. 8.Process Knowledge of Lean Production. 9.Customer orientation & Entrepreneurial Thinking. 10.Communication and Presentation Skills & English both written and oral.
