3.Manage Production performance:
- Lead daily shopfloor management
- Production Efficiency (e.g. Output per hour, machine setup time etc.)
- Equipment maintenance; implement and follow maintenance schedule
- Improvement Projects and Lean Principle Implementation; Lead projects and engage production team to forward new ideas (F4F), digitalization projects etc.25%
4.Cost Control of production related cost center and cost reduction by improving:
- Process efficiency
- Manage spare part consumption
- Reduce scrap
- Reduce WIP
- Reduce inventory (raw material & spare parts) 15%
5.Team management & improvement:
Train & ensure operators to consciously follow the company regulations in line with the quality management handbook, employee handbook and national law, to achieve smooth work process & ideal result. Proactively manage the personnel and forward award or punishment proposal to his / her superior.
Lead yearly People Review Process. 15%
6.Ensure production quality by key figure analysis, onsite supervision, exchange with QA department. 15%
7.Other work as arranged by Production Manager and Managing Director, including business travel. 5%

岗位要求：
1.Graduated from University min. Bachelor, Technical Major (preferred mechanical major) , over 5 years relevant management experience in international company.
2.Knowledge and experience of manufacturing, maintenance and management (incl. cost control)
3.Experience in Lean (TPM/SMED etc.) and Six Sigma
4.SAP / Kingdee experience
5.Written and spoken English language
6.Microsoft Office (focus Excel)
7.Knowledge and experience of Quality assurance systems
8.Knowledge of steel structure manufacturing technologies
9.Experience in digitalization in production environment
10.Strong Team Player with high sense of responsibility for people and quality
