JD: ? In charge of sales and service activities of Automotive OEMs and Tier1s. ? Build up and keep good relationship with certain levels with customers. ? Travel frequently to visit customer and understand customer needs, promote company products, develop new customer and new business leads, enhance the commercial relationship with relative customers.investigate lost sales and customer accounts. ? Coordinate the cross-functional team inside, and organize necessary resource to meet customer's requirement, and solve problems to exceed customer's expectations on time.conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis. ? Lead commercial negotiation. ? Achieve annual sales objectives. ? Other tasks arranged by manager. Requirements: ? business degree or related professional qualification. ? 5-7 years Sales & Marketing experience in automotive industry. Experience with German OEMs (VW,BMW, etc.) is a plus. ? Product experience with E-pumps, TMM (thermal management modules) is a plus. ? Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. ? Team working spirit. ? Independent decision making skill. ? knowledge of market research. ? Good negotiation and influence skills. ? Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges. ? Fluent English. ? Willing to travel frequently.
