Job Duties: Develop automotive fastener and precision components business in China 1.Develop and implement middle term plan 2.Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base 3.Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers 4.Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions 5.Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price 6.Observe market and competition 7.Support Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues 8.Cooperate with quality department in dealing with customer concerns 9.Insure internal and external flow of information 10.Other responsibilities assigned by supervisors Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred 2.At least 5+ years of successful track record in sales & marketing in commercial vehicle industry 3.Automotive fastener or components sales experience preferred 4.Eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style 5.Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels 6.Willingness to travel intensively
