Job Duties：
Develop self-clinching and riveting fastener business in China
1.Develop and implement middle term plan
2.Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base
3.Establish and maintain excellent relationship with major OEMs
4.Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions
5.Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price
6.Observe market and competition
7.Support Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues
8.Cooperate with quality department in dealing with customer concerns
9.Insure internal and external flow of information
10. Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred
2.Fluent English
3.At least 3 years of successful track record in sales & marketing in automotive industry
4.Must be dealing with OEMs in recent work and familiar with solution sales process
5.Vehicle body assembly parts industry preferred
6.Eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style
7.Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels
8.Willingness to travel intensively
