Summary / Purpose:
Support German Sales/SCT to collect 3rd Party equipment quotation during the offer phase.

Detailed Job Description:
1) 3rd party equipment price management in close cooperation with German sales / SCT team
2) Responsible for binding offers
3) Work with Product manager to make the risk assessment (TRIA)
4) 1st round negotiation with supplier
5) Technical data collection for 3rd party equipment
6) Participation in the project kick-off meetings and C-gates (preparation / work at OIL), technical contract clarification
7) Responsible for SAP Project Builder milestones and coordinate scheduling with project management team / Manages the negotiation protocol in SAP
8) Market and demand analysis and derivation of regional sourcing strategies in line with global sourcing strategies
9) Templates with maintaining supplier briefings

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with major in Mechanical or Engineering
Technical Background, 5+ years experience in food & beverage industry
Familiar with OEM equipment in beverage filling line
Global exposure in previous role is preferred
English (business fluent)
MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.)
SAP
