Summary of Job Duties : The Logistics Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the supply chain in Indonesia plant, This role involves managing the logistics team including planning, transportation, customs, and warehousing management, overseeing the efficient movement of order fulfilment, planning, distribution, and storage of goods, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in excellent condition. , coordinating with suppliers and customers, optimizing transportation and warehousing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities 1Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the company’s business objectives. 2Plan and optimize the logistics network, including planning strategy, inventory, transportation routes and warehousing solutions. 3Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers. 4Oversee the selection of carriers and negotiate transportation rates and contracts 5Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. 6Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and safety. 7Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence. 8Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback. 9Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs. 10Develop and manage the logistics budget to ensure cost-effectiveness. 11Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize logistics operations. Other Requirements : 1.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 2.5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, srtong planning backgroud is a must, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3.Good leadship skills across multiple functional ares, including operation, commercial, quality, etc. 4.Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP). 5.Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles. 6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
