1) Main Purpose of the Job Ensure compliance with all legal and ACPS Group requirements on safety and ergonomics within production. Efficient realization of the production plan. Drive a lean approach including shop floor management. Drive personnel planning and training. Alignment with Safety-responsible, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Maintenance, Logistics, Lean/Operational Excellence and HR. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and overall efficiency. Systematic monitoring of all process based on transparent KPI’s. Collaboration with group wide benchmarking and HQ processes related to Operations. 2) Key Areas of Responsibilities and Accountability: - Ensure efficient production complying with the production plan provided by logistics. - Surveil and permanently improve effectiveness and efficiency of production based on KPIs such as OEE and OLE - Manning plan - Training and onboarding of new operators, Creation of work instructions - Enabling the production to excel in Lean - Collaborate with maintenance & manufacturing engineering -Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes. - Documentation of relevant statistic for improvement and reporting purposes incl. timely work order confirmation. - Provision of KPIs: Provide key performance indicators and analyses for upper management and the production team. 3) Skills: - Diploma or equivalent in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Fluency in English (for ACPS Group and customer communication). - At least 5 years of leadership experience in production management, preferably in the automotive industry(Tier1). - High proficiency in Lean Methodology - Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong international team player with excellent communication skills.
