POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述 Responsible for managing accounts, growing business in long term and improving margins in short term.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责 61 Analysis and understand legislation, trends and requirements for the China market. In line with the overall China business strategy, lock-in current and future business platforms. 61 Build and develop customer relationships. Pursue business from new local OEMs as targeted, new energy OEM is specially oriented. 61 Active involve in OEM design-in projects, exchange of technical information, seminars, customer call or problem solving, etc. 61 Award customer RFQ, initiate BDAR, work with BD team, in charge of in time response to customers and follow up for acquisition. 61 Lead negotiations concerning prices, terms and condition, reimbursement, and further relevant affairs. 61 Report to BD director and Sales Manager on sales status, progress, and plans. 61 Perform Customer Satisfactory Survey yearly and other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求 61 Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Engineering or related. 61 3 years and above sales & account management experience in the automotive industry. 61 In-depth knowledge of Chinese automotive market. 61 Excellent analytical skills, strong team player, good time management, excellent presentation skills. 61 Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
