Responsibilities: - Develop in-depth category analysis for Liquid Dairy & Non-carbonated Soft Drink market to identify key trends and business opportunities - Work together with other Market Segment Managers on Dairy segment analysis, consumer insights and identify business opportunities and develop new product segments/concepts - Working with external partners/agencies on consumers/market study projects - Provide relevant input for Strategic Planning of the company - Work closely with Sales team on developing existing and potential customers via giving customer specific portfolio analysis, identifying new opportunities, suggesting product strategies and proposing new product concepts - Internal consumer/market knowledge sharing with sales team
Requirements: - Bachelor degree (ideally in a relevant field, e.g. business administration or marketing) - At least 5 years working experience in marketing field within a related industry or FMCG food/beverage company or Advertising agency or Business Consultant firm with focus on food/beverage industry - Basic research knowledge is required - Good knowledge of the Global/China LD & NCSD market is a strong plus. - Be able to work as an independent consultant at same time also a team player.
