Order and Inventory Management Manage order handling by ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and coordinating settlements. Conduct daily inventory reviews, manage stocktaking, and oversee inventory classifications (ABC) and schedules. Planning and Forecasting Analyze supply requirements and review forecasts with suppliers and production management to establish material schedules. Collaborate on production data analysis to ensure efficient operations. Material Purchasing and Supplier Development Monitor supply chain performance and establish metrics for quality, cost, and delivery. Support supplier development activities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. performance appraisals. Communication and Collaboration Build and maintain positive relationships within the factory, global business unit, and with external stakeholders. Collaborate across departments to identify issues and implement solutions. Documentation and Reporting Ensure effective document control and generate reports for management. Sustainability and Compliance Review and update supply chain practices in alignment with environmental policies and regulations.
