Responsibilities and key activities: ? Receives inquiries from FL, investigate and process the inquiry, get necessary information from GSS internal or other functions, reply to FL. ? Receives the Spare Part orders from FL and handles the orders in SAP. Clears IDOC issues if any. ? Verifies the received order information, steers order bound engineering and confirms the order to FL. ? Receives and processes clarification requests from FL, and provides replies. ? Confirms material delivery time to FL and follow up the material availability status ? Confirms the spare parts Transfer Prices. ? Processes outbound delivery orders and clears the IDOC issues in SAP ? Informs FL about any deviations in delivery operations. ? Communicates and collaborates actively and effectively with FL, e.g. by organizing front line or customer visits / meetings ? Processes credit/debits notes in SAP according to instruction
