Who you are: We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and optimization of our local supply chain processes. In this role, you will closely connected with the Global Supply Chain Manager to ensure the local supply chain support the global requirements. And will oversee the local supply chain processes, ensuring seamless alignment between supply and demand, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, suppliers, product group and operations, to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives You will be responsible for leading the use of local supply chain systems to enhance operational efficiency. Driving digital transformation and integrating advanced technologies and data analytics into our local supply chain processes will be key priorities. Additionally, you will manage data integrity, providing actionable insights to support business decisions and drive performance improvements. Your expertise in system evaluation and process standardization will be critical in delivering sustainable and reliable supply chain operations. You are the single point contact window without factory with knowledge and competence to ensure demand plans/forecasts are aligned with material and capacity needs, meets short to mid-term goals and customer expectations. The Supply Chain Manager is a key function in the management team, and visible leadership role in the factory operation. This position requires strong inventory management, production planning knowledge and continuous improvement behavior along with excellent customer service and staff development commitment. About the job: · Local S & OP : Responsible for leading the meeting from Operation’s prospectives, ensure alignment between supply and demand through strong and professional collaborating with customer, suppliers, product group and operations. · Lead and develop local supply chain competencies, advancing the understanding of global supply chain processes within HFH to the 2.0 level. · Standardize, optimize, and monitor the supply chain processes locally, following approved SOP's. · Lead and develop digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain, collaborating with Alfa Laval Value Streams & ONE ERP. · Ensure data accuracy within local supply chain systems and provide proposals in terms potential optimization across the organization. · Provide professional expertise and insight at the intersection between supply chain systems, operational development, and digitalization. · Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement, ex. IDS, Obsolescence, DOT and order fulfillment lead-time. · Participate in making the factory Operational plan. · Propose and implement training programs to support relevant people has the right competence in using supply chain. · Work together with management team to achieve factory’s KPI target. · Proactive communication with customers, suppliers, internal & external Operation. · Lead and drive optimization activities within the local supply chain both in terms of the net zero program and other relevant energy/ cost savings.
Planning and Forecasting · Analyze supply requirements and review forecasts with suppliers and production management to establish material schedules. · Collaborate on production data analysis to ensure efficient operations. · Establish inventory classifications (ABC) and cooresponding standardized supply schedules · ERP system utilization for all activites to provide visibility to all users of the supply chain Communication · Build relationships within the factory, global business unit,and product group · Collaborate with other departments in order to identify problems and find solutions · Maintain and develop positive business relationships with sales company and customers Sustainability and Compliance · Review and update supply chain practices in alignment with environmental policies and regulations. · Ensure the organization acting according to Alfalaval’s Business Principle and Compliance requirements What you know: Competencies/ profile: Leadership and Management Result-driven leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving results. Software Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and knowledgeable in ERP systems for effective supply chain management. Ability to perform accurate arithmetic computations and manage data using various software applications. Global Engagement Solid English proficiency, both written and oral, with the ability to work effectively in a global context. Willingness to engage and influence with diverse teams and navigate cross-cultural communication. Qualification(Education/Certification/Working experience) · Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field · Above 5 year experience management responsibility · Work in multinational manufacturing companies will be a plus
