Purpose: Manager electronics sourcing on Kone controlled scope that entering into EMS BoM, ensuring supply chain continuity, cost efficiency and strong partnerships with semiconductor suppliers. Act as the primary liaison between KONE and semiconductor suppliers and to support EMS partners to align procurement strategies across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to category sourcing manager and execute procurement strategies for the semiconductor category. Including multi-sourcing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor suppliers at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives. Partner with EMS procurement team and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of semiconductor procurement into the broader supply chain. Monitor semiconductor market trends, supplier performance and risk factors to inform procurement decisions. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with semiconductor suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and long term partnerships. Collaborate cross functionally with EMS procurement, supply chain, operations and finance teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience - 5+ years procurement experience, with at least 3 years in semiconductor or electronics category management. Strong network experiences in electronics industry. Skills - Supplier mgt., strategic sourcing, market analysis and negotiation. Competencies - Analytical mindset, strong comm skills, International business interaction ability. Education - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or engineering. Technical Knowledge – Good understanding of semicondutor and EMS, markets and risks.
