Job Summary: The Quality Manager at Etteplan China is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes and systems to ensure that all products and services meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves continuous improvement initiatives, quality management system maintenance, and collaboration with various departments and customers to enhance overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
61 Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
61 Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on customer and employee feedback, risk management, and corrective and preventive actions.
61 Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other departments to ensure quality in project management and engineering design.
61 Organize and conduct quality training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding and implementation of quality standards.
61 Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
61 Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
61 Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field.
61 Experience of quality management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
61 Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
61 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
61 Ability to lead and motivate a team.
61 Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
61 Working proficiency in Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications:
61 Master's degree in an Engineering related field.
61 Awareness of Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
61 Experience in a multinational company.

Working Conditions:
61 This position is based in Kunshan, with occasional travel to other Etteplan locations and customer sites.
