Who you are: Contribute and drive the organization in order to maintain and improve defined quality level of products/processes in accordance with legal requirements, Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies
About the job: Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department Guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled. Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy. Coordinate and handle quality aspects directly related to manufacturing processes/products Coordinate and manage validation of finished products and components Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan Coordinate and handle quality related Nonconformity/observations/comments Coordinate and handle quality improvement projects/activities Participate in projects/activities to launch new products/modify existing ones Coordinate and manage claim analysis and relative resolution process Leading, performance management, and drive the develop the people in Quality Department Support line management in their (line management) Quality accountability Interface across the factory / SQA regional and Global related functions on quality matters and improvement activities.
