About the job: Take ownership for the Alfa Laval Moatti Filters technical and commercial performance, in particular in Asian market. Project Management in the factory In the beginning, playing a key role of establishing the production Later on leading improvement projects Initiate, Drive, and Implement positive change for the Moatti filters Drive change and continuously follow up with European colleagues where needed Work as bridge between Market, China Factory and Alfa Laval Moatti HQ in France Technical support for regional business managers, sales companies, factory and in case of complex customer cases Including much time spent in factory and many times at customer site to hands-on understand & help fix the issues Go-to person for complex customer projects and quotes Align market expectations with product management and R&D in Europe Find the right things that add customer values, while also optimizing overall cost Manage and follow-up projects lists on product improvements needed Including doing/leading execution of the things that can be done locally Product Portfolio Management Ensure successful product launches Obsoletion Applications development
What you know: Engineering degree (marine, mechanical, electrical, industrial or similar) Experienced in product management or similar technical role Work experience with project management Fluent English is a must Mandarin preferred Leadership experience is a strong benefit Background in Marine or close related industry is beneficial, but not a must
