岗位职责: 61 lead the planning and implementation of project 61 define project tasks and resource requirements 61 develop full scale project plans 61 manage project resource allocation 61 plan and schedule project timelines 61 provide direction and support to project team 61 constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to team and customer 61 present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions 61 implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 61 schedule monthly, weekly or daily meetings with project team to monitor progress by checking off on each individual task and due date. 61 responsible for planning a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline. 61 create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 61 Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. 61 Holds regular status meetings with project team. 61 Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner. 61 Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. 61 Manages day-to-day client interaction. 61 Sets and manages client expectations. 61 Communicates effectively with customer to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. 61 Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. 61 Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. 任职要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, PMP certificate, no major restrictions; 2.5 years of PM work experience, with over 3 years of managerial experience, familiar with plastic processing, metal and CNC, painting, assembly and other processes; 3. Strong expression and communication skills, proficient in using office software, summarizing and presenting project status to clients; 4. Fluent in English. 1. 本科及以上学历,持有 PMP 证书,专业不限; 2.5 年项目管理经验,具备 3 年以上管理经验,熟悉塑料加工、金属及数控、喷漆、装配等工艺;3. 具备较强的表达和沟通能力,熟练使用办公软件,能够向客户总结并汇报项目进展情况;4. 英语流利。
