The core engineer teams are focus on the new product’s development following customer requirement. He takes as a contact window between internal and global development team base on engineer standpoints. Product specification and validation plan building are also party of core engineer’s task. Also the engineer should be able to present and demo new products functions at customer side.
Job Task
61 Responsible for the mechatronics product design and technical changes. 61 Responsible for 3D module/ 2D drawing create and release in system. 61 Lead and manage suppliers technical supporting. 61 Support RFQ program’s relate engineer task and on time feedback base on engineer stand points. 61 Window person with customer and internal plants of technical scope. 61 Lead and Build new product’s validation and test standard.
Candidate Profile
Education background: 61 Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical engineering or equal background
Work Experience:
61 8 years min. in design area, 5 years min. in R&D position 61 At least lead one product development in R&D position independently. 61 Experience in electric actuator is preferred (spindle drive, power sliding door, sunroof, etc.) 61 System engineer experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
61 Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (CATIA is must). 61 Strong GD & T calculation experience. 61 Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS or similar) 61 Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc) 61 Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, materials science etc. 61 Creativity and analytical skills 61 Apply systematic and analytic method of problem solving to make evidence based technical decisions that are safe, functional, cost effective and validated 61 Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner 61 Technical writing skills 61 Experience on ISO 26262 or relative spec is a plus.
Language：
61 Excellent communication skills (Chinese and English) in oral and writing, Germany is a plus.
