REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical/Chemical engineering/Supply Chain Management. More than 5 years working experience in production planning and supply chain at mechanical & electronical in manufacturing area. Few years working experience in manufacturing should be better. Chinese & English (Both fluent in listening, speaking & writing) KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. To plan and prepare production schedules base on sales order to meet the on time delivery. 2. To manage the material purchasing team to plan the material receiving schedule to make sure the production can be processed as planed. 3. To responsible in meeting monthly targeted NITO and implement necessary actions to improve NITO. 4. Can prepare all inventory and production reports & can on time submite the daily, weekly, monthly & yearly sales report. 5. To take responsibility of manage the back log & back order to achieve the target. 6. Can work with the sales department to control & manage the sales back order & back log. 7. To assist plant manager in control the production cost. 8. To lead and initiate process improvement activity, i.e Rapid Continous Improvement. 9. To work together or liase closely with CSR, QC, Engineering, Production Supervisor, Finance, Logistic, and Warehouse department for all products related scheduling fulfilment. 10. To take part and provide assistance/support, even take lead in all stock take event. 11. Other duties as required by superior from time to time. May prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
