岗位职责：
1、Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of key processes, Management Review, and Cost of Poor Quality that consists of PCR , NCPR, Sign Off Exception, and Warranty.

2、Assist all departments in meeting internal and external customer expectations, resolving operational issues, and performing root cause analysis. 协助各部门满足内部和外部客户的期望，解决运营问题，并进行根本原因分析。
3、Conduct training/orientation for all employees regarding the Evans’ Quality and EHS Management Systems as well as other certification requirements

4、Participate in all projects Final Inspection Sign-off reviews.

5、Prepare for and participate in both internal and external Quality audits.

6、Coordinate inspections and testing of incoming supplier products to ensure that Evans’ standards and requirements are met.

7、Support the Quality and EHS Management Systems activities across the organization including:

1）Documentation and record control practices. Development and implementation of QMS, EMS and H&S Manuals that conform to China regulations while fostering a “safe” work culture and environment.

2）Set up and monitor key performance measures within Monitoring of Evans Quality and EHS Management Systems

3）Control and reporting of nonconforming products and processes

4）Maintaining the Corrective and Preventive action process

8、All other projects and duties directed by the Country Manager

教育Education:

1）Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or other technical programs
本科以上学历，工科或其他专业优先
2）Lean/Six Sigma certification or a Certified Quality designation is an asset.
精益/六西格玛认证或质量认证是一项资产

经验Experience:

1）At least 3 years of experience in a manager or supervisor role in a manufacturing environment 3年以上制造业经理或主管工作经验
2）General understanding of Quality and EHS Management Systems.
全面了解质量和EHS管理体系
3）Experience with the ISO certification process preferably ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 is required.具有ISO认证流程经验者优先考虑ISO 9001, 14001或45001
4）Continuous improvement experience would be an asset.有QA&EHS持续改进经验的优先
