A - Main missions:02
1. Sales and business development:
Identify potential foreign customers for international expansion in the region in charge and get the maximum of information about the customer (main contact, specific field of application, structure of the company, details of the current equipment, …)
Input all data about the customer in the company database and keep it updated
Contact customer and potential customer to evaluate their need and plan
Frequently keep in touch with the customer through direct contact and networking tools (LinkedIn, YouTube, …)
Organize business trip in order to visit customer, introduce the company, present the product and evaluate customer needs
Make detailed visit report
Attend exhibition and technical conference and properly represent the company
Follow up commercial opportunities providing technical and commercial information (Quotation, Proforma Invoice) until getting the purchase order and deposit payment
Define the best technical configuration of the equipment to meet the customer requirement and present it to the customer
Manage the price negotiation with the customer according to the commercial company standard (standard price list and maximum discounted price). In case of impossibility to get the purchase order due to price issue, all details of the inquiry must be communicated to the management for further follow up and decision.

Follow up the payment from the customer until getting 100% of the invoiced amount.
Analyze the cause and make a report in case of the customer decide to order from another supplier
Establish relation and help the company to build partnerships with local agent
Monitor industry trends and perform competitor analysis in the region

2. Project management:
Follow up the project with the customer during the steps of production, installation, commissioning and ramp up (from start of production until 3 months after the start of production).
In charge of getting, from the technical department of the company, all necessary information requested by the customer for preparing the installation (Layout, foundation plan, energies details, cabling details, Gantt Chart, resources for installation, packing list, manual, maintenance book and shipment details, …)

Organize project review with the customer, define the proper frequency of the review and send report to the customer after each review
Create and oversee all facets of the supply chain to ensure products can be properly exported. (Exportation and shipping documents, ..) and communicate all necessary information about the shipment to the customer

3. Marketing:
Help to develop the marketing strategy giving input from the market
Actively contribute to marketing media using the social network (post on LinkedIn minimum twice a month)
Identify the exhibition and conference in the area in charge and prepare a description presentation with ROI calculation to evaluate the interest of attending the event
Contribute to the exhibition and conference organization (booth preparation, brochure, customer invitation, …)

4. Services:
Handle customer service issues and request during the 3 *** months after installation of the machine and then transfer the necessary information to the international services coordinator.

B - Main KPI:
Activities:
number of call, video meeting and email with customer
number of customer visit and visit report (minimum 6 business trips in the zone in charge per year)
number of marketing post (minimum 2 per months)
number of quotation (minimum 10 per months)
number of new customer contact with detailed information02(minimum 3 per months)
Sales Performance:
turn over (see forecast and target sales)
number of purchase order (see forecast and target sales)

C - Reporting:
Weekly activity report: number of customers contacted, purpose and actions plan, quotation, PO, hot case description
Monthly activity report: number of customers contacted, purpose and actions plan, quotation, PO, hot case, TO, competitor situation in the region
Report about new potential customer and keep updating the existing customer data base (report case by case)
Make a quarterly report about competitor situation in the region

D - Requirements and Skills
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or company related technical field
Proven work experience as an International Sales Region Manager (min 7 years)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Fluency in English (prerequisite), multiple languages is a plus
