内部质量管理 （45%）：
？ Responsible for the quality problems in the production process, analyze and propose corrective action.
？ 负责生产过程中的质量问题的记录，并进行分析判断、提出纠正措施
？ Responsible for the arrangement of inspector daily work.
负责对部门质检员日常工作管理安排；
？ Make SOP, update and maintain SIP.
SOP制作、SIP更新维护；
？ Organize quality related training for workers in workshop.
对生产人员进行质量相关培训；
？ Inspect the measuring tools and test scales regularly.
？ 定期检验现场量具、器具；
？ Check and verify SAP abnormal data.
？ SAP（退货品）异常数据盘点验证；

供应商管理（25%）：
？ Lead supplier quality management and regular supplier evaluation.
？ 主导供应商质量管理和定期评估；
？ Support Purchasing department with Supplier development.
？ 支持采购部门进行供应商开发工作；
？ Deal with quality issue of suppliers.
？ 供应商品质异常处理；
？ Support related companies to do the quality check of the parts purchased in China.
？ 协助兄弟公司在中国采购物品的质量检测；

客户关系处理 （20%）：
？ Deal with customer complains.
？ 处理客诉；
？ Accompany customer audit and customer inspection.
？ 陪同客户审核、客户验货；
？ Accompany sales to visit customers, deeply know the inspection standards of customer.
？ 陪同销售部门拜访客户、了解客户检验标准；

体系维护 (10%)：
？ Lead ISO 9001 quality system audit and third party audit.
？ 主导完成公司ISO9001质量体系的审核以及第三方审核。

- Experience with material science, if Urea, Ceramics or PP even better
- Experience with JC/T or DIN Standard a great bonus
- ISO14001 experience preferred
