Key Responsibilities * Serve as a technical key role in the introduction of new products into production, closely coordinating with internal departments (Production and Quality Management). *Manage hands-on product development in cooperation with the headquarters and customers – from initial concept to series production. *Independently plan and conduct material tests to assess physical and mechanical performance characteristics (e.g., stiffness, aging behavior). *Design and implement new testing procedures in collaboration with the Quality Management team. *Act as a technical interface between development, production, quality assurance, procurement, and external partners. *Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and assist in product approvals and certification processes.
Requirements *University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. * Proven experience in product development within an industrial setting is mandatory. * Knowledge of polyurethane formulation and processing is a plus, but not essential. *Experience in conducting technical and material tests is beneficial. *Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required.
