岗位职责：
1. 负责新项目APQP前期质量策划，制定产品开发质量保证计划，项目质量要求的确认和客户要求和方法统一
Responsible for APQP quality planning of new project, making product development quality assurance plan, confirming project quality requirements and unifying customer requirements and methods
2. 负责新项目开发的过程审核
Responsible for the process audit of new project development
3. 负责项目开发过程中质量问题的跟踪和协调，质量改进计划
Responsible for tracking and coordinating the quality problems in the process of project development, and making quality improvement plan
4. 参与新项目小组工作，完成产品认可以及PPAP等相关质量文件的提交
Participate in the work of new project team, finish the submission of product approval, PPAP and other related quality documents.
5. 负责编制和修订控制计划、质量警告等文件
Responsible for the preparation and revision of control plan, quality highlight documents
6. 负责处理并判断生产过程中出现的各种质量异常情况(确认措施的有效性,追踪不符合项的改善证据,关闭措施)
Responsible for handling and judging all kinds of quality abnormalities in the production process (confirm the effectiveness of measures, track the improvement evidence of non-conformance items, and close measures)
7. 对各种质量数据报表进行分析和改善，推进组织内部的改善活动，降低质量成本和不良率
Analyze various quality data reports and make improvements, Continues tracking of implementation of internal improvements, and reduce quality cost and defect rate
8. 参与客户投诉和退货的分析和处理，改善措施的跟踪和验证有效性
Participate in the analysis and handling of customer complaints and returns, track and verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
9. 完成持续项目，推进公司持续改进
Implementation continuous projects and promote continuous improvement of the company
10. 协助质量经理输入公司经验教训数据库数据
Assist the quality manager to input the company's experience and lessons database data
11. 完成上级安排的其它工作
Other work assigned by line manager


职位要求：
能看懂英文图纸Good understanding in English drawings
熟悉汽车行业质量技术要求Familiar with quality technical requirements of automotive industry
熟练运用质量管理工具Skilled use of quality management tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPC)
了解VDA过程审核内容 Familiar with process audit in VDA
