工作职责
根据产品尺寸要求设计检测方案，编写CMM及影像测量系统（OGP/Keyence等）程序；
Design inspection strategies based on product characteristics and dimension requirements. Program CMMs and Vision Systems (OGP/Keyence).
实验室检测设备MSA（GR&R）分析及验证
The Laboratory measuring machine MSA analysis and validation.
支持新产品试产：分析尺寸偏差并优化程序;
Support NPI trials: analyze dimensional deviations and optimize programs.
编写操作文档并培训测量人员。
Document procedures and train QC.
负责根据产品的放行单和相关文件出具COA.
Responsible for COA issue according to the release notice and other controlled document.

有良好的团队合作能力。必要时和相关部门沟通。
Good Interpersonal skill and team player . Communicate with other department if necessary
根据业务需要，完成直属领导安排的其他工作

资格资格：
1.3年以上CMM及影像测量系统编程经验; 大专及以上学历；质量管理工作2-3年以上，有注塑工作经验。
2.良好的英语读写能力。
3.熟练的Word Excel等办公软件的操作
