Job Responsibilities
？ Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
？ Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics.
？ Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc.
？ Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support
？ Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory
？ Customer Relationship Management – Account profile
？ Order Management i.e. Sample, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA
？ Be a Representative to E-Commerce/on-line business customers

Competencies
？ Time Management – Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end.
？ Communication – Clear and speed expression among Clients, Factories, Logistic and Client Engagement Managers etc.
Qualification and Experience
？ College graduate
？ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Customer Service position (inclusive 3 years in the field of electronic industry is preferred)
？ Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese
？ Familiar with MS. Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
？ Chinese Word Processing
