3、行业工作经验： 在加工制造、机械或装备等相关领域具备一定年限的工作背景。
4、专业技能与知识：熟悉ISO9001、ISO/ IATF 16949、APQP、PPAP等标准或流程者优先考虑。
5、工作经验年限：要求具备至少3年及以上的质量管理相关工作经验。
6、语言能力： 需具备良好的英文读写能力。
Requirements for Quality Engineer Position:
1. **Knowledge and Practical Experience of Quality System**: Understand the quality management system and have practical experience in building a quality system.
2. **Audit Experience**: Have practical operation experience in internal quality audits or supplier quality system audits.
3. **Industry Work Experience**: Have work background in related fields such as processing and manufacturing, machinery or equipment for a certain number of years.
4. **Professional Skills and Knowledge**: Familiar with standards or processes such as ISO9001, ISO/IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, etc. will be given priority.
