质量管理体系的构建与维护
维护ISO9001质量体系文件，确保符合法规和客户要求，并能组织和开展相关内部培训
协助完成公司的体系内审和外审，推进体系的不断完善
过程质量控制活动的组织和实施
制定和完善来料、过程和成品QC检验标准/作业指导
督导原材料、半成品和成品检验的执行
关键质量控制点（CTQs）识别和控制
过程质量信息和检验数据的收集、分析和持续改进
月度/季度/年度质量报告编制
质量问题的分析与改善
熟练运用6 Sigma, QC手法等质量工具分析和解决质量问题 （过程失效和客户反馈）
客户投诉统计及8D回复，质量改进闭环跟踪
供应商质量管理
新供应商认证
供应商绩效指标设定和考核
与采购协作执行供应商淘汰
新项目前期质量策划
新项目/新产品开发过程质量控制 （Prototype、Piloting、ramping up）
PPAP 资料编制和递交
参与样品的测试验证及问题持续改进
协助上级领导完成其它质量管理的相关工作


任职要求：

熟悉ISO9001体系，具备内审员资格证；了解TS16949标准和VDA6.3
本科及以上学历，熟悉复合材料产品和工艺优先考虑
逻辑思维清晰、善于沟通；组织和协调能力强
6 Sigma 绿带认证
英语能够说和写

Job Description:
61 Construct and maintain quality management system:
o Maintain ISO9001 quality system documents to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements, organize and conduct relevant internal training
o Assist line manager to complete the corporate quality system internal and external audits, promote quality system continuous improvement
61 Plan and execute process quality control:
o Formulate and optimize QC inspection standards & work instructions for incoming materials, process and finished products
o Governor the execution and discipline of quality inspection on raw materials, semi-finished products and final products
o Identification and control on Critical to Quality Characteristics (CTQs)
o Data collection, analysis and continuous improvements on process quality information and inspection records
o Accomplish monthly/quarterly/annual quality rush report
61 Analysis and improvement of quality issues:
o Proficient in quality tools is not limited to 6 Sigma and QC tools, analyze and solve quality problems, including process failures and customer claims, etc.
o Customer claims analysis and 8D report response, CLCA for quality improvements
61 Supplier Quality Management:
o New supplier qualification
o Supplier quality performance indicators (KPIs) define and measurement
o Collaborate with buyer to execute supplier disqualification
61 NPI project(s) quality plan:
o New Products, New (transfer) Projects development quality plan, including proto-type, piloting and ramping up phase
o PPAP documents accomplishment and submission
o Engage in samples qualification and problem solving in one structure way
61 Assist line manager to complete other quality related tasks assigned

Job Requirements:
61 Proficient in ISO9001 and internal auditor certified, know TS16949 and VDA6.3
61 Bachelor or above degree, prefer candidate familiar with composites products and technology
61 Logical thinking, effective communication, strong capability of organization and cooperation
61 At least 7 years quality management work experience, Six Sigma GB certified prefer
61 English communication via speaking and writing
