1. 负责本部门范围内各项工作和业务运营符合法律法规,亦符合公司的内部规章制度及政策。 Responsible for all work and business operations meeting all requirements of laws and regulations, as well as the company’s internal rules and policies. 2. 负责同公司销售部门和客户对口部门进行对接。 Be responsible to keep in touch with internal Sales Department and customers according to parts requirements. 3. 负责分析客户需求及编制供应链运营计划并组织生产、采购、物流、销售等相关部门进行定期评审。 Be responsible to draw up demanding and SCM operation plan and organize related functions like procurement, logistics, production and sales departments to review together regularly. 4. 结合总产能状况,汇总编制计划,均衡日交付计划,确保客户交付以及高效率的生产计划。 Combined with the total capacity status, be responsible to draw up schedule and follow up daily delivery plan to result good deliveries performance and efficient production planning. 5. 负责交付异常的及时处理和协调,确保达成公司目标以及优异的交付绩效和客户满意度。 Be responsible to cooperate with cross departments to solve issues and to meet company targets and excellent delivery performance with customer satisfaction. 6. 负责客户审核,并对整个计划物流体系进行改善和提升。 Be responsible for customer audit and improve entire planning systems. 7. 负责供应链总体计划的不断优化,预测差异分析及改善。 Be responsible to optimize planning for entire supply chain. 8. 负责控制各级物料库存及在途库存并达公司指标。 Be responsible to control inventory for entire supply chain to get the KPI target. 9. 负责变更及断点物料的库存管理。负责售后件供货。 Responsible for materials inventory control for Changes and EOP to control obsolete within target. Be responsible for supply for after-market. 10. 负责新项目的量产计划导入,供应链方案及成本优化。 Responsible for planning systems for new programs and customers, supply chain optimization and cost saving. 11. 负责交付确认及结算确认。 Responsible for delivery confirmation and effect billing bookings. 12. 上级安排的其他工作任务。 Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,物流及供应链专业优先 Bachelor degree or above in logistics and SCM. 2. 丰富的计划管理工作经验,在汽车行业从事计划管理五年以上 Strong experience in planning management at least 5 years in Auto industry. 3. 较好的英语读写及口语表达能力 Good written and spoken English 4. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件 Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT 5. 熟练运用SAP/MRP/ERP系统 Good skills in SAP/MRP/ERP System 6. 良好的沟通和谈判技能 Good communication and negotiation skills
