职责描述: 1、To perform the job of a “Service Engineer” in a professional way, customer support by helping them in solving CVT related issues and field return analysis. 以专业的方式履行“服务技术员”的工作,为客户提供支持,帮助客户解决无级变速器相关问题和现场退货分析。 2、Receive field and 0km compliant and reply to customer within target time, fill the information and report in QS. 在规定的时间内接收抱怨并回复客户处理方案,并将信息及报告完善到QS系统中。 3、Visit customer/dealers to solve 0-mileage/field problem and try to confirm the cause of failure onsite. 拜访客户/经销商,解决零里程和市场问题,并尝试现场确认故障原因。 4、Create onsite service report and fill in QS. 完成现场服务报告并上传到QS系统。 5、Verify the information of return parts and return parts according the work instruction. 核对旧件退货信息并安排旧件返回 6、Field return part investigation. 旧件返回分析。 7、Repair field return transmission to a good transmission if needed. 在有需求的时候将退回的变速箱返修成为合格的变速箱。 8、Maintain good relation with customer and dealers. 与客户和经销商维护良好的关系。 9、Other things arranged by N+1. 完成领导交代的其他工作。 资质要求: 1、Understand the overall vehicle architecture and have a good understanding of the engine and gearbox. 了解整车架构,对发动机和变速箱有较多的了解。 2、Familiar with Microsoft office. 熟悉微软办公软件 3、Driving skill. 驾驶技术。 4、Good Ability to read, write, and speak Persian. 具有良好的波斯语听说读写能力。 5、Strong practical ability. 动手能力强。 6、Good in communicating. 良好的沟通能力。
