2. 培训维修工，制定内部培训计划。
Train maintenance craftsman, make the internal training plan.
3. 组织相关TPM项目的开展、培训、实施。
Organize relative TPM items development, training, implementation.
4. 制定设备控制部分的年度、停机维护计划，跟踪计划的执行进程。
Set down the equipment automation yearly maintenance plan and shut-down maintenance plan, control the plan executing.
5. 设备备件安全库存管理。
Implement equipment spare parts safety stock management.
6. 及时排除相关设备故障，制定后续改善计划及预防措施。
Responsible for relative equipment trouble shooting in time; Making the following improvement plan and preventive actions.
7. 设备日检的复核和数据分析，发现设备潜在问题和风险。
Double check equipment daily status and data analysis to find equipment potential problems and risks.
8. 设备改造方案设计及程序编制与界面组态。
Organize equipment upgrading modification design, PLC programming and interface design.
9. 严格执行LOTO 监督维修人员LOTO的执行情况。
Strictly implement LOTO, Oversee the LOTO implementation of the maintenance ***.
10. 参加设备及维修作业风险评估。
Participate in the on-site risk assessment.
11. 负责设备活动过程中环境因素的识别、评价与控制，尽可能采用节能、低噪的环保设备。
Be responsible for the identification, evaluation and control of environmental factors during equipment activities, and use energy-saving and low-noise environmental protection equipment as far as possible.
12. 增强设备稳定性，减少设备维修过程中产生的危废和一般废物。
Enhance equipment stability and reduce hazardous wastes and general wastes generated during equipment maintenance.
13. 设备维保维修活动中产生的危废按照要求入库，合规处置。
The hazardous wastes generated in the maintenance and repair of equipment shall be warehoused as required and disposed in compliance.
14. 与设备维修外协单位签订环境告知书，约束其危废合规处置。
Sign an environmental notification with the outsourcing unit of equipment maintenance to constrain its compliance disposal of hazardous wastes.
15. 严格执行公司EHS政策和公司的所有规定，并执行设备主管的其他安排。
Strictly implement EHS policy and all regulation, implement other arrangement from Equipment Supervisor.

任职要求：
1. 本科及本科以上，机械或工程专业
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or mechanical
2. 五年以上机械设备设计或设备维护工作经验
5 years working experience in mechanical equipment design or automation equipment maintenance.
3. 较好的英语读写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English
4. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件
Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT
5. 熟练运用Auto CAD, Solid work软件
Good command of Auto CAD, Solid work software skill.
6. 良好的沟通和谈判技能
Good communication and negotiation skills
7. 负压工作
Working under pressure
