MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES / /主要职责：
1. 保证工厂内所有质量行动均按照质量体系的要求执行，并遵守客户、业务集团的要求；
Ensure that all quality activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the quality system and comply with the requirements of customers and groups.
2. 担任公司IATF16949的管理者代表，确保建立、持久地实施和持续改进符合公司发展和客户要求的质量体系和质量方针；
Acted as the management representative of IATF16949 to ensure the establishment, continuous implementation and continuous improvement of the quality system and quality policy in line with the company's development and customer 's requirements.
3. 确保公司的产品和服务符合客户的质量要求，包括组织质量目标的设立和达成，纠正和预防措施的制定和贯彻以及质量的持续改进；
Ensure the products and services meet the quality requirements of customers, including the establishment and achievement of organizational quality objectives, the formulation and implementation of corrective and preventive measures and the continuous improvement of quality.
4. 负责建立质量管理方法和衡量指标，组织公司范围内的各种质量持续改进活动；
Responsible for establishing quality management methods and effective KPIs and organizing various quality continuous improvement activities.
5. 负责管理体系的运行监督和内审活动，并对管理体系在全公司各部门的实施情况进行考核并提出处理意见；
Responsible for the internal audit activities of the management system, and assess the implementation of the management system in all departments and provide suggestions.
6. 实施产品质量过程管理，保证产品质量；
Implement process quality management.
7. 负责客户端质量问题的投诉、跟踪和解决；
Responsible for customer complaints, tracking and resolution.
8. 负责供应商质量的管理；
Responsible for supplier quality management.
9. 领导质量成本管理；
Lead quality cost management.
10. 遵守和督促下属熟知及严格执行公司安全制度和操作规程。
Comply with and urge subordinates to be familiar with and strictly implement the company's safety system and operating procedures.


QUALIFICATIONS/任职资格:
1. 本科学历及以上，英语可作为工作语言。
Bachelor’s degree or above, English can be used as the working language.
2. 至少10年全模块质量管理的工作经验，有外企或合资企业的工作背景；
At least 10 years’ working experience in full quality management function, preferably with foreign company or joint venture working background.
3. 有对接奔驰，宝马，大众客户的经验优先考虑；
Experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Volkswagen customers is preferred;
4. 熟悉机械加工，装配工艺；
Be familiar with machining, and assembly process.
5. 熟悉IATF16949 、8D、五大质量工具;
Be familiar with IATF16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA
6. 发展团队能力;
Ability to develop partnerships.
