What will I be doing? 61 Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions 61 Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers, and customers 61 Assist in the development and implementation of our workflow systems (Include DocMX, RPA etc.) 61 Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs 61 Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports 61 Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff 61 Be able to communicate and support with other towers 61 Train relevant SOP to new joiners and lead new appoint accountant to a smooth transition 61 Assist Team Lead to conduct departmental monthly training and monitor the implementation of all update policies or work flows 61 Handle internal audit processes of allocated hotels. Check relevant SOPs of PTP are enforced 61 Other duties as assigned
