岗位职责: 61 Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow - 确保装运流程顺畅及时 61 Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the SOP - 确保所有客户的标准操作程序都按照 SOP 执行 61 Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system - 确保准确及时地将数据输入我们的操作系统 61 Track and trace Order Management files. - 跟踪订单管理文件 61 Use workflows on daily basis to manage shipments - 每天使用工作流程管理货运 61 Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction -监控装运报告,确保客户完全满意 61 Ensure documents are timely sent and arrival notice communicated to destination for Export shipments. - 确保及时发送文件,并向出口货物的目的地发出到货通知。 61 Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing. - 确保准确及时地向客户和供应商开具账单 61 Manage intercompany invoice payments (i.e. via AJAX report) - 管理公司间发票付款(如通过 AJAX 报告) 61 Interact with our customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards. - 客户互动,安排国际货运,满足客户服务标准。 61 Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines, trucking companies, and others). - 与供应商(船运公司、卡车运输公司等)保持良好关系。 61 Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS), Audit requirements, external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements - 始终遵守相关法规。这包括内部政策和程序,如操作流程标准(OPS)、审计要求、外部政府法规或客户政策/要求。 61 Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency. - 了解部门流程,不断寻找提高效率的领域。 61 Meet KPI standards, per company procedure. - 按照公司程序,达到 KPI 标准。 61 Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) - 海外沟通,及时回复电子邮件和请求(内部和外部) 61 Escalation of problems to Management when necessary - 必要时将问题上报管理层 任职要求: 61 2 years of industry specific qualification (country specific) 61 Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.). 61 Fluent in English 61 Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. 61 Pro-active, strong organizational skills 61 Self-reflecting and open to feedback 61 Initiative and ability to work in autonomy -2 年以上的行业经验 - 良好的微软办公技能(Excel、Word 等)。 - 英语流利 - 有效的人际交往技能,包括经过验证的倾听、理解、有效沟通的能力,简洁明了,以取得积极成果。 - 积极主动,组织能力强 - 善于自我反思,乐于接受反馈 - 主动性和自主工作能力
