岗位职责：
1. 支持电驱动产品的开发，包括驱动单元的设计、选型和测试工作。
Provide technical support for power application products. Response for design, selection and testing for drive unit.
2. 管理驱动单元的开发过程，从客户需求调研直到项目投产，包括设计方案、成本分析、结构设计、供应商交流、样品制作、零件认可等。
Manage the development of drive unit, from customer inquiry review to SOP, including design concept, cost analysis, product design, supplier communication, sample producing, parts approval, etc.
3. 与ECU工程师实时互动，完成控制系统设计和验证。
Make interaction with ECU Engineers to fulfill the system controlling logic design and testing.
4. 根据市场需求改进并优化现有产品性能
Optimize the design or improve the performance of existed products to meet the requirements from marketing.
5. 按照公司流程完成相关的新零部件开发和零部件认可(含新零部件和现有零部件切换)。
Response for part development and part approval, following the process.
6. 处理内外部技术问题，对内部团队提供技术支持（如质量，采购，生产等）。
Handle the internal & external technical issues and provide technical support for the teams (Quality, Purchasing, Production, etc.)

岗位要求：
1. 本科或硕士学历，机电一体化类相关专业。
Bachelor or master degree in mechatronics engineering.
2. 五年以上电机应用类产品开发经验，熟悉控制逻辑逻辑，具备汽车行业机械/电机应用类产品开发和结构设计经验从优。有欧美企业工作经验优先。
Product and project experience with motor application products for at least 5 years, be familiar with system controlling, preferably in automotive industry with mechanical or motor application products. Better with working experience in European or American companies.
3.熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用office软件；熟练掌握CATIA。
Good English. Good command of MS office. Good command of CATIA.
4. 良好的沟通和协调能力。
Good communication and negotiation skills.
