Job description:

61 Guarantees the promotion and standardization of the Italian Law 262 process within the area of responsibility, coordinating the filling in of the Risk & Control Matrices.

61 Ensures the monitoring and the promotion of the execution of the improvement plans of the Italian Law 262 by the Process Owners.

61 Provides support about training to implement the controls and manages the related documentation.

61 Cooperates with the Internal Audit to speed up improvement plans test phases and their evaluation through actions for a development and maintenance of dedicated software and databases.

61 Provides support to process owners to update the procedures within the framework of the Italian Law 262.

61 Ensures the regular update of the documentation related to Italian Law 262, for the Companies in his/her area of responsibility.

61 Responsible for the confidentiality and privacy of Brembo customers’ projects and products;

61 Act in compliance with Safety and Environment procedures, with the aim of guaranteeing collective, individual protection concerning safety and environment issues;

61 Responsible for compliance with the Manual and procedures of the Quality System Management for respective work area;

61 Responsible for compliance with the Manual and procedures of the Safety and Environment system for respective work area;

61 Ensures that all the activities and areas of own responsibility were managed in compliance with the Company Code of Ethic and Conduct;

61 Reviews and improves the processes of control and risk management associated to the area/s of responsibility.





Qualifications:

61 Bachelor degree or above with Finance or other related background.

61 4+years compliance working experience.

61 Experience in Auto industry is a plus, especially in international company size.

61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
