61 To plan, prepare and deliver an academic IMPACT programme which facilitates an active learning experience for all children, in line with the mission and objectives of HTNIA
61 To assess, track and evaluate levels of progress and provide feedback to ensure that each child has the opportunity to succeed
61 To manage the classroom environment so that it supports and encourages learning
61 To always set high expectations, which motivate, challenge and encourage children
61 To identify and meet children’s varying needs
61 To work towards developing the best combination of Chinese and international learning in a bilingual context
61 To ensure outstanding pastoral care and that all safeguarding policies are followed
