职责：
1.Leads projects at suppliers for performance improvement by following Lean principles and using Lean tools including
carrying out the necessary trainings/workshops; 通过遵循精益原则和使用精益工具包括执行必要的培训/研讨会，在供应商现场主导改善项目以提高绩效
2.Evaluate available packaging and transportation solution in comparison with alternative scenarios for components/goods and work in close co-operation with relevant colleagues to implement the optimum solution to reduce costs and carbon emissions; 为零部件或整机成品评估现有的包装和运输解决方案，并与替代方案进行比较；与相关同事密切合作实施***解决方案，以降低成本和碳排放；
3.Analyze costs of serial running components and their production process and realize cost optimized scenarios according to VSD and support purchasing during negotiation preparation and negotiation with facts and figures;分析量产组件及其生产过程的成本，并根据VSD实现成本优化方案，并在采购谈判准备和谈判过程中提供数据和相关技术支持；
4.Support purchasing in achieving cost targets during awarding process based on cost structure and value stream
analysis by developing value stream design including (greenfield) cost calculation(s) ;支持采购在报价阶段根据成本结构和价值流分析及设计包括(量产前模拟)成本计算来实现目标成本；
5.Provide cost transparency for components and/or processes within product development projects and evaluate alternative
scenarios for cost- and value stream optimized component designs and/or manufacturing processes in collaboration with purchasing, development, quality, logistics, IE and supplier(s) ; 在产品开发项目中为组件和/或生产流程提供成本构成明细，并与采购、开发、质量、物流、IE和供应商合作评估成本和价值流优化的组件设计和/或制造流程的替代方案；
6. Work in close co-operation with suppliers to create the best value stream and production processes for new components/goods;与供应商密切合作，为新组件/整机创建***的价值流和生产流程；



要求：
1.Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial-, Electrical-, Mechanical- or similar) or Business Administration with related work experience.工程（工业、电气、机械或类似）或工商管理专业本科以上学历，有相关工作经验。
2.Experience with supplier development as priority or with practices for lean tools; with quality tools & product cost calculation as priority as well.有供应商开发经验或精益工具实践经验；优先考虑质量工具和产品成本计算。
3.Above 3 years experience from project management and International company experience.3年以上项目管理经验和国际公司工作经验。
4.Supplier development & management Tools of Lean e.g. VSM/D, 5S, Line balancing, Supermarket, Milk Run, SMED, TPM Quality e.g. FMEA, 8D, PSS, Poka Yoke etc.精益供应商开发和管理工具
